I had won 5 auctions and was told they could not deliver the items because of vendor problems. They gave me a bid credit of 701 points for the items. When I went to bid it used the points ( 21 ) but would not let me continue bidding. When I asked what happen they said there was a problem with my browser and I should switch to Chrome. I did that and when I logged in all my points were gone. I contacted them again and they replaced the points, but when I won the next auction the site would not let me pay for the item. So I am out more money. Since then they will not respnd to my e-mails.
