My wife accepted atrial offer on these 2 products at a price of $4 each in december. in january we discovered that £61.83 x 2 was taken from our account. I have tried to contact these people by email - cannot call because of the cost of calling the landline in Utah from the UK would be too big. Having looked online - can see the same pattern - sign up for a trial, get membership and then get hit if dont cancel in 14 days. I contacted these people as soon as I was aware - even before my wife got the 'free trial' sample as they had taken the money out already. Contacted my bank who say they will monitor but as it was a membership they can only offer a disput process rather than get cash back. Scam!!!!
