I had Kids First to monitor the visitation of my 2 children according to my court order. Mr Chip the owner charged $100.00 for intake fees. On my first visit I paid him $135.00 in advance on account for 3 visits, which was on Dec 27 2011. Thereafter Mr Chip refused to answer my phone calls until date. I haven't seen my children since then of which Iam longing to see. Did he not scam my money but in turn took the rights of seeing my children. Pls, I need your help which is highly appreciated.
