I ordered a sample online and a payment has been taken from my account of £74.95, this was not authorised. I really would appreciate any help that I can get in getting my money returned.

These people allow the adverts.
Then get on to your bank immediately, stop all future payments and request that your bank overturn and refund the payments as you did not authorise payment. Be firm!!! If necessary, cancel your credit card. If necessary ifnd another bank if yours won't help. Contact trading standards in your country and complain.Their number CALL THEM ON +44 0808 168 3684. Hi the same thing happened to my mum last week please try this email address support@revitalizelabs.com we successfully got through to this company and had a response from them.. We found the email address for them by sheer accident.... They replied saying that her monthly subscription of £74.95 had been cancelled naturally we have kept the email on file!!!! Also if you paid by credit card you are protected againt eroneous transfers so spk with ur bank... One tip is this.. if u only do internet banking the staff in the bank will not help you have to speak to the banks head office.. If you paid by debit card advise the bank that u want to cancel that particular card and have a new one sent this way those scammers will not be able to debit anymore funds from ur account.. I hope this works for you as it did for us... Jay
