Signed up for the "free trial" and found I was charged $74.99. Called an talked to customer service and was told I would only be refunded 60%. When I pressed customer service and told I didn't open the product they said the would do a full refund in 7-10 business days. Company would not release business ID or company name that aquaxxft is distributed through. I found out that customer service is a third party and located in the Philippines.
