After ordering a free trial from this company, I decided against going ahead with full purchase. Upon complying with the company's terms and conditions, I communicated my decision. The company supplies a support phone number which is faulty and offers a support email address to which no person replies to emails. I have emailed a number of five times to no avail. A total of 2 months product purchase has since been withdrawn by the company from my account (equalling almost two hundred dollars), with no product sent I might add. The only option I have - being unable to contact the company - is to close my bank account.
This has been a valuable lesson in internet product purchase, and I would advise people to avoid this company at all costs.
