I am not sure this can be categorized as a complaint. The first item I received was the TRS 5N1 EDC. The FREE 'Fire Starter Secrets' DVD was promised but NOT received.
So much for non-receipt of the DVD. OK I successfully opened the knife BUT I am unable to close it. Perhaps the secret lies in the missing DVD. I sit here in my office with an open blade on my desk. HELP ME OUT PLEASE!
