I paid the RPA to provide landlord/tenant resolution services. Their self-set deadline for landlord response came and went with no communication whatsoever. Their main phone line is dead, their toll-free never answers, I've had a ticket sitting for 4 days (so much for 2-3 hour response time), their customer support chat is never online, they don't even answer their emails at Support@RPAusa.com. No-one but scams artists fail to contact their customer.
