Based on other reviews and complaints the company scam has been going on for many years. They say furniture shipped to a local warehouse, but will not specify location. They say it did not pass inspection, but if you cancel the order you must pay restock and shipping fees. They will not explain the nature of the failed inspection, they have actually changed the story over time, but no details. I told them if furniture is damaged I do not want it repaired and delivered. I told them I should not be responsible for restocking furniture that failed inspection. They no longer return calls or emails and I have no furniture. I feel confident that the thousands of positive reviews are also a scam. Very dishonest company. I am still waiting. My furniture cost 3303 and I paid 600 for a temporary sofa since I had no furniture and don't have a clue when or if to expect. Nasty group of people.
