I received a toll violation for 4 tolls that I was unable to pay because there was no place to pay. I tried to pay on line but got to a point and it stopped me at a red bar. and couldn't go forward. Then I get a notice for the for violations totaling $4.60 plus $80 !!!! Imagine my surprise. Why didn't they sent me a notice before I needed to pay a fine like Chicago tickets!!! This is a scam. Illinois is sucking the fines out of good hard working citizens to want to pay them but can't because the stupid toll lanes (IPO) don't allow them to and they have a web site that doesn't work. Shame on you Illinois!!!!
