I ordered an NHL jersey on the website www.nhljersey.shop. Apparently they use "SfePay" as a 3-party payment vendor. They charged my account twice for the one (1) order I placed. They have yet to provide me with a tracking number for my order and have not responded to my emails requesting a refund for the duplicate payment. I have emailed them dozens of times with no response. I even used Google translate to create a message in Chinese and sent that in several email messages. They responded once and said "it such a pity that your payment did not go through", which is total BS. So they have fraudulently taken my $255.
