They called me saying that they was working for Alfresco DevCon and that they was in charge to accommodate sponsors in location.
They pushed me to make a reservation and in every moment they say: "No problem, you can change it in every moment and no cancellation costs will be charged". Once I submit the document, they charged me 304.65 €.
I've contacted them many times (about 10 emails) to cancel my reservation and to get back my money. But they told me that they are not going to cancel the reservation and that they are not going to return me the money.
