I was going over my bank statement today and found a 39.99 charge from Rok7. I knew I hadn't ordered anything on line for a little while. Can't afford to. Now I know who they are. I purchased the camera phone lens a couple of months ago, paid for in advance. This charge is illegal. There is no phone number or anything for them. I can't get a hold of them. How can I get my money back? I'm broke.
Again, this is mail fraud (e-mail fraud) and bank theft.
Today's date is 7/6/17. Please let me know. thank you

My proof is on my bank statement. I'm not comfortable sending a copy of that.
