We thought we were on Holiday Inn Express reservation website but were actually on ReservationDesk.com. Our reservation (fortunately for only one night), was 40% higher than the hotel would have charged for that same stay. Further, the hotel told us ReservationDesk is not authorized to sell Holiday Inn Express rooms, and they are investigating how this deceit could have happened. ReservationDesk representative was curt, uncaring, and blamed everyone else including us for the fact that we were overcharged.
These are not reputable people. DO NOT GET MIXED UP WITH THEM.
