This organisation has taken 27 x £4.50 from my phone bill account totalling £121.50 I have finally after 3visits to my virgin phone store to get their no blocked (charge account bar) has been activated from 18/02/17 so hopefully this will have stopped it. I do want to know if anyone knows more about this scam as I feel virgin mobile must be aware of the scam and feel it is fraud. I would like to be able to have my money refunded by Virgin as like others I have never signed up to this organisation!
