This is a company that does not give much help. I have been extremely disappointed by the lack of help. Every time my phone would ring I would cringe because I knew it would only be bad news. I do not recommend this company. I feel like the people who are supposed to help you are lazy and disinterested. Maybe they do not need the money. I am surprised they can afford this except that they keep a chunk of your money when they give you a refund.
