After reading an ad, I was directed to a website to receive a free trial of two products only paying for shipping. That link did not mention that the company would charge you 98.72 if you did not send the product back after 14 days. I found out this info after researching the company further. I did not receive a confirmation email or packing slip with the merchandise but as I noticed a 98.72 charge to my credit card one month later. The website says to call or email the company to stop the automatic monthly replenishment. I tried calling at least 15 times and the phone picks up and immediately connects you to their music. No one answers. Also, they do not respond to emails as well. I finally resorted to cancel my debit card to avoid future charges but unfortunately I'm out $98.72.
