I have been scammed by Facebook and Twitter
Have been working with Cyber PC Experts for over a year. Called Friday for clean up help and was given a new Customer Unique number and new phone number to call. Ask for a senior manager. Not sure I got a manager?
After they restored the speed to my two computers by remote, I got the sales pitch about the hackers into my computer network and having my Internet ID(??) and I did not need Norton Internet Security to protect
me.
Then the big sell for $4900.00. I did not bite.
He said they have changed their name as problems were uncovered with Cyber PC Experts.
Can you give me the info on their Rename and when it happened?
