WOULD NOT REFUND MONEY. My father passed away, so I have to go through his things. He had a Greatcall Urgent Response but had a balance due so I called them. I told him he passed, their product was no longer needed, and could I return it for a refund. Answer: "No, we do not need the phone and we cannot give you more information since you are not the client." "But your client is dead" I responded. "I'm sorry sir, but he owes us money.
