Hello, since you regularly hang up on me when I call after speaking to 1 rep who is treating me unfairly and no understanding at all and will not allow me to return unopened product for a full refund and will only credit my account with $100 US( out of the $519.63 which I am being scammed to paying), I will send this email asking for a full refund before taking it further.

There was absolutely NO disclosure to your free sample (knew I had to pay shipping and I was obviously fine with that), that I then would be charged an absurd amount for face cream and gel.  If that had been disclosed to me, I would have never ever agreed to pay the shipping to try this product. 

I am asking to return the product to you that I just received 2 days ago for a full refund.

This is obviously a scam that you prey upon people to make your money.  I would never even pay $30 Canadian for a facial product let alone $100 US.  It makes me sick to my stomach that I have been billed $519.63 for something that was supposed to be a sample of your product that I paid shipping costs only for.

I called and asked to speak to Christina Larrieux, whom sends out your letters with the product and I was told that she cannot be spoken to and then was hung up on.  That was about the 4th hang up.  This is how you deal with upset customers asking questions....you hang up on them when you don't want to deal with them due to your outrageous scam??

Rest assured, I will continue to fight this and will get your product name and company name out to thousands of people who will forward it to thousands of people etc etc until you are shut down, unless this is dealt with appropriately.  There is absolutely no reason why I cannot return the unopened product for a full refund that I just received.  This is supposed to be an Angelina Jolie line and this is the professionalism you provide....makes me sick!

I will give you 5 days to deal with this in a professional manner and then I am taking this further and rest assured, I WILL NOT BACK DOWN!!
