Bought a pair of shoes from website that is not working any more in Australia prpt.com.au Confirmation came from service.katrina@oumal.com that was already weird. The fake item was sold, conversion fee charges and double transaction over my credit card. The item was refused to be returned or exchanged, forget about refund. After 2 month of useless correspondence we just desputed transactions with our bank as Platinum members.
