I bought a Superdry parka coat costing £117 + £16 extra for postage on 4th December as a Christmas present. After several emails to what I thought was the company I had purchased the coat from (Salsoul), a cheap looking luminous yellow plastic jacket arrived in place of the fur lined parka I had ordered. When I complained to Oumal they had the cheek to suggest I sell the coat on and they will give me a 15% discount on my next order! This has been a very expensive lesson I have learnt not to buy online again!
