International boundaries

I order my jersey back on November 23rd. I received an immediate email stating that my payment was accepted. I then received a 2nd email on December 3rd stating that my item had shipped (out of CHINA), and a bogus tracking number was provided. To this day...tracking says item is still in China. Numerous emails were sent to this company, Roster Goods, and no response has been received.
Karma will get them.
I also reported this to my credit card company...who are pursuing action.
Roster Goods website is now gone.
