T.mobile offered a plan to "ADD a line"
without clearly and conspiciously outlining limitations etc.
that no more than five lines can be attached to an
existing account and that a separate account was required
with the knowledge and consent of the consumer
Thus causing difficulty and havoc for the consumer creating confusion and error in billing to the consumer who has been
maintaining an account with the company for seven long years...with five line Family Plan by creating two accounts
in the name of the same consumer...
At the request of the consumer cancelled the new addition to the line but continued billing even after suspending the line and charging additional amount.. for the line which was part of previous account in existence for seven years with two accounts with same numbers
Despite several calls to Customer service of the company
the seven year old line has not been reinstated thus causing
the consumer difficulty and hardship and loss of relationship
and monetary loss.
