Mr. Hamilton put a new metal roof on my house and shed also put a new gutter on my porch. I realize that you need to tweek things after a time. I called there was a problem with the gutter leaking. He did come out, but when I cleaned the gutters the gutter was full of water he had put the drain where the water couldn't drain. I called and his wife said he was out of town and they would call over the week end. Never received a call. Had to have someone come and put another drain in so it could drain, otherwise it would back up in the winter.
He also told me that the gutter guards that I had wouldn't work with the metal roof, so he put new ones in. They weren't the same quality of the ones I had and they collapsed in the gutter and aren't working. On the next metal roof that he did, he put the exact same gutter guard that he told me wouldn't work on mine.
I had paid for a roll of roofing for my porch and my understanding was that I would get the remainder of the roll and he took it. He also doesn't want to give a statement of everything with the cost. He keeps forgetting to bring it.
