Revolve/Retinolla offered a free sample for a $2.99 handling fee. Instead, they shipped me 3 items and charged me nearly $15.00 in handling fees. I phoned their number (not toll-free) & was put on hold for three hours. They have disabled the link on their website that would allow me to view my "account." Other important product links are disabled so I can't see prices. I have now shipped their product back to them, following all instructions exactly as they asked. It turned out that these 3 so-called "free" items were going to cost me $69 each if I did not return the items in the two week period. With long distance fees, postage, & handling, I have shelled out $50 and I have no free sample as promised. I have little confidence that my account will actually be cancelled, but I have kept all their correspondence. Hopefully, my credit card company will protect me if Revoluxe or Retinolla try to bill me for products that I do not have, did not order, and do not want.
