This week was the worst nightmare of my life. I have had this phone for about 5 months that I bought from a Metro Store in Keller, TX. it was working fine till last week I couldn't see my pictures in the gallery. I tried again but failed. So I went to 4 different Stores on Sunday 9th October, 2016 but all had no clue what the issue was or how to solve the problem. One little kid in the Store on Arizona Street, who I thought was not even an employee, suggested the phone was an old version and should be addressed. I told him he was guessing and should not be in that store.
I then contacted Metro Support on next Monday, 10th October, spoke to 4 agents and still no results. The 1st lady I spoke on Sunday was patient and tried her best but the 3rd guy I spoke to today on Tuesday , 11th October, actually hang up on me. Then I thought about going to the store today around 5pm where I was told to go so that Metro Support can use their phone to troubleshooting because I don't have any other phone. That's when the drama started. The store ifo is:

I met the Worst employees and unprofessional, very rude so- called Manager, a Mexican girl. I was asked to go to that store for help with tech issues but they wanted to speak to one store agent. This fat ugly Mexican girl refuses to take the call from their own Metro Corporate Tec dept. to resolve the issue by troubleshooting. She claimed the phone was not a Metro phone yet we had already cleared that with the corporate office that she was lying it was a T Mobile handset. I talked to the supervisor at Metro and going to file a formal compliant with BBB today. She and her other little stupid should be fired! Even the Metro Pcs Support guy on the phone talked to them briefly and they denied to help their own, what BS is that!
Whenever I have a technical problem I take it to Metro store and was surprised this Mexican would refuse to help. Am I supposed to go somewhere else with your phone? Where? I was very disappointed and will spread the word on social media that your company is manned by clueless and uneducated staff who are not supposed to be in those stores because they are useless! I am going to find another provider after all these years coz this was the final blow.
