My son ordered a custom controller on Sept. 25th, 2015. The order was placed with an expectant lead time of roughly 6 – 9 weeks....10 weeks on rare occasion (per their website).
It has been over a year now and he has still not received his controller or an update. A video was posted on youtube on May 21st showing that the controller had been completed...8 months later???

After having him send multiple requests for an update, and getting nowhere, I decided to step in.
I've had limited correspondence with Pat/Arie Van Mansum since July, all of the same excuses he gives all of his customers, but again seems to have gotten us nowhere. Multiple pics of the finished controller have been posted by Contollers Plus on Twitter, yet I haven't received a response in over 8 weeks and 18 emails later, not to mention many posts/messages on FB and Twitter.

Please avoid this guy. His controllers may look amazing, but the customer service is the worst. Total scam...
