I ordered a coach bag from this website. When I received the bag, it was such an obvious fake, that even my husband could tell that it was fake. Believe me, he knows NOTHING about purses. The zippers don't even work! The website NEVER mentioned that it was not the "real deal.There's no doubt that they are falsely advertising items that are not even close to being the actual product that you think you're buying. I I'm so very disappointed with this purchase, that I'm not even going to give it as the gift like had planned. I would very much like my money returned to me. I cannot get a hold of anyone at the company to make my complaint. What should I do now? Thank you for any help you can give me.
