I purchased three dressing gowns as gifts for my bridesmaids and instead was sent three red dresses that are nothing like what I ordered. I have emailed the provided customer service email - service@onlinescredit.com many times and still no response. I also tried calling the tel no. listed for the company on the parcel - 13162958967. The company trading as lookin.com.au is a scam. I am extremely annoyed as I have been saving for these items and purchased them as a gift for my bridesmaids on my wedding day.
