On 12 May 2016, I purchased a pair of Ray ban glasses but I was surprised to receive a fake pair instead. It looks like a kids toy pair of glasses and it has a horrible plastic smell; even though the website says it sells real products. I alerted the retailer through their website that i was not happy with the item and i would return it and for a refund. There was no contact email address but just a box where you can submit a message. I returned the item on the 19 May and waited for my refund. But nothing happened and only to my surprise the same item was sent back to me on the 18 August 2016 in an opened and damaged box.
