I PURCHASED A PHONE USING MY CREDIT CARD, HOWEVER BECAUSE OF A TECHNICAL PROBLEM, IN ADDITION TO AN ACCESSORY OF WICH I WAS BEING CHARGED FOR BY MISTAKE THIS COMPANY IS REFUSING TO ISSUE ME AN EXCHANGE, OR A REFUND OF THIS AMOUNT, INCLUDING THE OVERCHARGED AMOUNT. MOREOVER,WHEN ASKED TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER,THE TWO ASSISTANTS IN THE STORE WERE VERY EVASIVE AND ABUSIVE, AND REFUSE TO ASSIST, BY REFUSING TO ALLOW ME TO SPEAK TO THE MANAGER OF THE STORE..I AM THEREFORE FILING THIS COMPLAINT, HOPING TO OBTAIN SOME RESOLUTION IN THIS MATTER.
