The message he left, reads as follows, "This message is intended to contact you. My name is Kevin Mason and I am calling regarding an enforcement action executed by the US Treasury, intending your serious attention. ignoring this would be an intentional attempt to avoid initial appearance before a magistrate judge or a grand jury for a federal criminal offense." My phone number is 502-234-9173. I advise you to call quick with us and help us to help you. Thank you". The phone # he left is different than the one he called from . Both numbers are not valid.
