I received a letter from Ewangelia and I did not believe in her prediction concerning a lottery.I believe that in the letter she stated that if I were to win that she was asking for a percentage of the winnings. At this point I realized that it was a scam and ignored her. Since then she has been asking for her payment and in this final notice she is asking for $23.39 or else she will take legal action. There is no e-mail address or phone number by which she can be contacted. There is only her address on the return envelope.From the time the letter was issued which was on july,27 it finally arrived on August 8 of 2016. The address on the envelope is P.O. Box 661, Ridgeway,Ontario L0S1N0. I don't believe that she is located in Ridgeway but possibly in USA. The letter took far to long (11 days).
