on july 27, 2016 i bought a pair of hayasu reebok shoes size 42. normally the shoes was made until size 40 cause it was woman shoes.
when i visit the website : beingvictor.co.uk, i see that they have the size of the shoes i've been looking.
so i made a transaction and pay for the shoes.
on august 5, 2016 i received the shoes and so disappointed when i opened the package. inside the package the shoes is different and was not the shoes that i ordered.
i email them to complain about this and they ask me to keep the shoes since it was best selling shoes.
i ask for refund and their answer is they can only give me 15% refund
