Within CAW Cell itself one must get the bail. Applying for the bail within Crime Against Women Cell is the best because that point it is nascent and there are no proofs but only a complaint without any supporting proofs. So there are very high chances of getting arrested without any fault so if you apply for bail within CAW Cell then there are high chances to succeed in getting anticipatory bail or at least notice bail which is equivalent to getting bail under matrimonial disputes.
