As the result of a google search for "renew license" this site popped up first as a sponsored link. I clicked it thinking it would direct me to MA RMV and started to fill out my personal information. After I submitted the form it told me I had been charged $22.95 for a guide. I called the billing dept. and they issued me a refund. I have not confirmed that refund yet.
