I bought an item for MR31 and was charged USD31 for the item. StreetDeal Support Team wrote to me on 8 Mar to apologise for their mistake and requested for my bank account details to refund the money. I responded on 19 Mar giving the informaton requested. From then until now I have regularly sent reminders and get the same old canned response that one of their agents will respond to me. It never happens. The worst part was when on 13 May I receive a response to one of my emails asking me what refund I am referring to. I asked for their telephone no and was given a number that was bogus because I couldn't get through and the number is not listed. The last reference number received is 555553
