Hi,
He is correct, about 95% of people who try to get a modification on their own will not get approved.
Submitting your application with an attorney is a whole different story, we get almost all of our modifications approved. After you get your approval, you can still litigate so if you want, you can. This is why we conduct an audit of your loan documents.
