Do not trust this web site. This website with Australian (au) domain name gives the impression they are operating from Australia. I bought a pair of Asics tennis shoes. Then, all the problems started.
I received a payment confirmation e mail from firstpay.com based in China. Though the web site gave the impression that I was buying from an Australian web site in Australian dollars, this e mail said the actual payment could vary depending on foreign exchange rates and charged me approximately AU$10 more than price stated in the web site.
Next day I received an order shipment notification e mail from the same e mail address which said the order had been shipped through UPS and gave a tracking number. However the order could not be tracked. About 10 days later the item arrived by China Post.
I ordered tennis shoes but they shipped running shoes which was no use to my son for his tennis. I contacted portriverdolphins.com.au through their web mail and also e mailed firstpay.com and reported this. Next day someone from emily.servicegood@gmail.com asked me to send photographs of the item to verify my claim. Photographs were e mailed promptly and despite 2 further reminders 19 days portriverdolphins.com.au decided to ignore until I sent a further e mail stating that I will complaint to my bank and file a claim against them and that I will place honest (but obviously bad) reviews in on-line forums. Still, they refused to arrange return of wrong goods (no return address given) and replace with correct item or full refund. I have lost AU$157.34 and have now contacted my bank and filed a claim against portriverdolphins.com.au
Do not buy from this very misleading and unreliable sales website.
