I called to cancel a sports subscription on directv before the season started per the terms of the agreement. The representative did not cancel it properly and I continued to be charged. I called Directv back to request the charges be reimbursed on my account and they refused even though it was their mistake. This is theft. You cannot charge a consumer for something after they cancel the service.
