I asked if they could send someone out to see if I could get reception among all the trees around my home. In order to do that I had to sign up to their service, but was told that if they couldn't get a line of sight to the satellite that there would be no charge. They came out couldn't get a line of sight, and the very next day deducted $50.00 from my account. When I contacted them about it they said that it wasn't them but a subcontractor of their's that billed me. I made calls for days to everyone they said could help me with no results. This was about Nov. of 2015, but I'm sure I'm not the only one that this has happened to but they are too large, and spend too much in advertisements for anyone to do anything about it.
