This Company has my SS# and bank account from an account I no longer have, But my SS# bothers me. I keep getting emails saying I took out a payday load for $300 but I will have to pay back $4000 with court fines, they state I will be getting papers served to me at my home, They are being very threaten, still worries me knowing how they are talking and having my info. I called the number they gave me in a email and it keeps saying it cant go through. I don't believe any company would email you for a debt, Besides I never did this, But its still troublesome.
