First, i'd like to say this three websites are the same company with the same live customer (just check their contact info or the name on the payment).

I bought gold for around 23$.
Before purchase, i inquired about stock and delivery delays. They confirmed all was in stock and delivery should take from an hour to 24h max. I Asked if they refund if the delivery delais were not respected because i needed the gold for an ingame event that would end in 48h. They assured me everything would go rapidly and they would refund me if not.

10days later, still waiting.
I went to the live support after 24h to ask for info. They paste some automated messages telling they send my order again to the supplier and that i need to wait more.
So i waited more 24h.
The event i purchased the gold for was ending and still no gold. When i asked why, the same automated messages were answered, supplier currently offline, manager not working today.
Next day, still no answer, supplier still currently offline, manager on vacation, live support cannot give refund (even if it's noted in their "terms and conditions").
Next days, the same went going down. It's been 10days now and still no clear answer on why it's not been delivered and no one can grant me a refund because the manager never works. When i ask simple questions like: "why can't you ask the supplier why it has not been delivered?" or "Are you refusing to refund me?" or "When will your supervisor be at work?", they give bogus answers.

So unless you pay with paypal (which was not an option on my order) and can open a dispute, never buy on their site. I paid via skrill and have no legal options against them :(
Skrill does not interfere, they are just paid to collect and transfer money to scammers (they are profiting from scammers).
