I purchased a 2013 F-250 in January of 2015. I really like the truck but I have an issue that World Ford in Pensacola, FL cannot or will not fix. On cloudy days or in times of low outside lighting, my instrument panel lights will not come on with the control knob in automatic. The blue lighted needles work but no dash lights. If the outside lighting gets dark enough then the lights will eventually come on. However, before this happens, if I switch the control knob to headlights on then not only do the needle lights go off but I still do not have instrument panel lights. World Ford says that nothing is wrong with the system. My question is, "Do I have the only Ford in the inventory that dash lights lights do not come on when the headlights are on?" Please respond.
