I ordered for a free cult 51 face cream trial on the 27/8/15 and paid £2.95 postage and packaging with my debit card. The money was taken but the item ordered did not arrive.
Then on 10/9/15, I noticed that Youthfulcream had debited £86.69 from my Bank account. I went to my Bank to complain and was informed that a direct debit was presented by youthcream. I immediately ask the Bank to council the direct debit as I did not authorised it.
The Bank now gave me the telephone number they had in their system to contact. I have been trying the number (08726140594) for the past three days but no one answer the phone but a voice tell you they call you back but they never do.
Why searching for the email for youthfulcream. I came across a similar complaint that this is fraud.
