I ordered Arthritis Interrupted from Jim Healthy Publications (through the Institute for Natural Healing newsletter, btw). I thought it was kind of pricey, but the book included a 60 day money back guarantee, so I gave it a shot. I never received it. I've sent several e-mails to the company - no response - called the number on my credit card statement several times. I got recordings - only once was I given the option to leave a message - again, no response. I even sent an e-mail to the Institute of Natural Healing, since I assume they get a cut. Again, no response. Outright ripoffs artists. I reported them to, and filed a dispute with, my credit card company.
