This company has called me, in violation of Federal Do
Not Call laws, for over a week. I never contacted them in any form. I have responded at least four times, at my expense with a prepaid phone, dialing the number appearing on my caller ID, to complain. They won't apologize, they show no remorse and cannot or won't remove me from their solicitation list. They have been exceedingly rude, no apology, won't let me finish speaking and deliberately shout over me, no attempt to find out why I am being harassed. Finally today, I called my Attorney General to register a formal complaint: they gave me two 800 numbers and said they see a lot of other complaints against the company. It is interesting that the company reps never offered me a tollfree number when I told them it was costing me money... Hmm. I left messages when their outgoing message told me to, included my landline number, but they returned my call, again, on my expensive cell phone. I found the following complaints while on hold for over 20 minutes on one of those days: poor workmanship, wrong pillow sent, "holding my refund hostage," costing 73 dollars to ship back when it only cost 9 for the company to ship, dishonest billing practices and mistakes, lumpy and cannot retain the shape it is patted into, smells that make people sick, doesn't wash well. The synthetic filling they use is known to outgas toxic fumes. On a more personal note: on TV this guy hangs a huge cross outside his shirt in an attempt to emotionally manipulate customers, as if that cross automatically means he's honest... there are enough complaints online and elsewhere to believe he isn't. They have phoned me almost daily since last week, refusing to investigate and remove my information... complaints of people who actually fell victim to this company were easily found on the web. Horrible service, lousy product, rude passive-aggressive reps, incompetent or dishonest business office. BUYER BEWARE!!! Too bad I cannot leave this warning on Amazon, but Amazon won't accept my complaint unless I have bought the product, and that sure won't happen! If you need to call the company and complain, don't dial the toll number they have online: use 800-544-8939 or 800-308-1299.
