International boundaries
Ordered a mac part from them, send my payment via paypal. Then got an email saying the price had gone up and wanted me to pay a further $80. This is apparently a common practise for this company!
Then stated I was not willing to pay and asked for the order to be cancelled and a refund issued.
From that point on the company refused to communicate at all; no answers to email messages or messaging via their website.
Had to force a refund via the paypal system.
This 'company' is a complete and utter scam; avoid at all costs.
