International boundaries
They only reason I didn't lose money was that I cancelled the credit card immediately. They attempted to issue a fraudulent charge supposedly for cancelling a Google Scholar account that was guaranteed to be free for the first 5 days (today was the first day.) I tried to call them--no answer. Then they called me back and I told them I was reporting them, and they hung up on me. They are scammers, a little bit at a time, but scammers nevertheless.
